1. Basis of Agreement 1.1 When you place an order for windows and doors (Goods) through our online portal, by email, posted or faxed order form, or in person at our trade counter, you are offering to purchase the Goods in accordance with these terms and conditions (Order). 1.2 We will accept your Order by issuing a written acceptance or positive acknowledgement, which establishes a contract between you and us for the purchase of the Goods and installation (if specified) in accordance with these terms and conditions (Contract). 1.3 If you are a Consumer (as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015), you acknowledge that the cancellation rights provided in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to your specification. 1.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that your Order and any Specification provided are accurate and complete. While we may offer guidance on the Order and Specification, any guidance provided is not advice upon which you should rely. 1.5 Any samples, drawings, advertising, catalogues, or brochures are intended only to provide an approximate idea of the Goods, and they do not form part of the Contract or have any contractual force. 1.6 If we allow you to access our online portal to place Orders, we will provide you with a user ID and password, and you must keep these confidential. You agree to be bound by all Orders placed using your user account and to notify us immediately in case of any unauthorized disclosure of your credentials to a third party. 1.7 These terms and conditions apply to the Order, and any other terms or conditions sought to be imposed by you or implied by trade, custom, practice, or course of dealing are excluded. 1.8 Any quotation provided by us does not constitute an offer, and it is only valid for 48 hours from the date of issue.
